• We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they are delivered, unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo or video evidence.
• To be eligible for resolution, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Once verified, we may offer a replacement of the product, subject to availability. Refunds are offered only in rare, valid cases approved by our support team.
• We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet our return criteria.
